Welcome to Viva Villas

Viva Villas is a small deed restricted community of roughly 230 homes, nestled between the gulf and Florida Highway 19 on Florida’s Nature Coast.

About the Neighborhood

We are in Hudson, Florida, within Pasco County, with easy access to the Suncoast Parkway, Tampa International Airport, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. 

Our neighborhood features mid-size, single-family homes, with a mix of cozy villas and more spacious options, dating back to 1977 with continued development.

We have a park with a pond near the center of our neighborhood.
Our park has a picnic shelter with tables adjacent to a second shelter which does not have tables.
We also have a little free library run by the community.

We are about 8 minutes away from Robert J. Strickland Memorial Park, which is known locally as Hudson Beach

We are in evacuation zone A, which usually means mandatory evacuation during hurricanes.
