Judges – Heather Guy , Ron or Mimi Tolley, and John Clarke Currently, we have judging planned for December 23rd after sunset. Rules: Anyone with decorations visible from the street is automatically entered. Ratings are on five criteria (sample sheet attached) - Board members and judges may not win cash prizes. - Gift cards will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and honorable mention. - Lawn signs will be planted in all winning yards (please return after the holidays) - Honorable mention is reserved for the board member or judge who has decorated and would be among the winners if they were eligible. Clarification: Honorable mention does not come with a cash prize, it’s simply a mention, and while it does not HAVE to go to  board member, it can IF that house would have otherwise been in the top three.
