  A team of judges consisting of Melissa Bartell, Roseanne Manning, and a visiting guest judge will be touring the neighborhood on Thursday, October 30th, beginning at 7:30 PM. Any home/yard with Halloween decorations is automatically entered. Winners will receive gift cards in the amount of $100 / $75 / $50.
